1 grievance at work on Sat May 21, 2016 1:48 pm

I am having a dispute with my employer and mid way they terminated my employment. I am currently appealing the decision. i have a limited period to file a grievance for wrongful termination. if I were to get another job in the mean time would that affect the outcome of the grievance case?

No. you can't be expected to sit around like a lemon while a dispute is resolved. The two are separate things. Smile
