1 RIP rider on Sat Mar 26, 2016 8:22 am

Seems like me and a friend rode with this rider for a few miles before this happened ,sort of makes you feel more connected and makes you realise it could be any of us

Quite right Dave, not nice. Some years ago I saw a moped rider get killed by a lorry-turned out to be my mate's 16 year old brother.

RIP mate, whoever you were.

that's a shame m8, but I always say if im gonna go I want to go doing something I enjoy. will be interesting to see who was at fault and what the prosecution service do if its the cage driver. rip m8 whoever you are.

sorry to hear that m8 and it will make you feel a bond - a rider lost control of his bike on a bend near penrith yesterday (a road we rode on the lakes ride) heard he's critical at the mo I know the road well and its a 30 mph bend so he must have went in a bit fast - just hope he'll pull through .
