right had my full licence 3 and half years, with 4 years protected no claims i did some quotes.

firstly i thought a cb1000r at £342 was really good.

just did a quote on a ktm superduke 990. £244 Surprised couldnt believe how low that is!

both fully comp quotes

yeah honda will be better made, has more power. but is heavier etc. the ktm superdude a goon bike and im young. ones in local might see if i can get a test ride just for fact i wont regret not trying one then  thumbs

I'd go for the Honda too Chad, but then again that's the oldie sensible choice, I'm sure both bikes would be great.  thumbs

hows it a con? just curious? problem for me is loose my no claims and ill be on a gs500. same as with the car. my insurance more than tripples  Sad  age thing!

local ones just been sold (ktm) getting test ride is annoying now. looking into it the ktm is more of a nippy accelerating bike but comfort etc and quality the honda has which is what i dont have now!

plus this is the exhaust id have and it does make me want the honda  Laughing
